Bourn Vincent Gallery
- This art gallery, located on the campus of the University of Limerick, opened its doors in 1993.
- It is named after the Bourn Vincent family, who in earlier centuries played a prominent role in the civic life of Limerick city, having contributed six mayors between 1703 and 1803.
- The Bourn Vincent Gallery has exhibited works by August Sander, Barry and Philip Castle and a selection of pieces from Gordon ’s collection.
- It has been used as a venue for EVA for ten editions – in 2023, 2014, 2010, 2007, 2006, 2005, 2004, 2003, 2002 and 1998.
- This site was one of four venues for the 36th edition of EVA in 2014, curated by Bassam El Baroni (b. 1974, Egypt) and titled AGITATIONISM.
- Uriel Orlow (b. 1973, Switzerland) presented Unmade Film (2012/2013), a photographic and video installation that takes the Kfar Shau’l hospital as its starting point. Initially specialising in the treatment of Holocaust victims, the hospital was established in 1951 using the remains of the Palestinian village Deir Yassin, which was depopulated in a massacre by Zionist paramilitaries in April 1948.
