AIB, O’Connell Street
- The windows of the AIB (Allied Irish Bank) building, which sits on the corner of O’Connell St. and Cecil Street, were used as a venue for EVA on two occasions, in 1994 and 1993.
- It was one of 19 listed venues for the 18th edition of EVA in 1994, curated by Jan Hoet (b. 1936, Belgium; d. 2014).
- 1994 was the first year when international artists were invited to take part in the exhibition, selected by an adjudicator/curator.
